HR Officer

Responisiblity:
- Responsible for recruitment and job specification preparation
- Conduct employee training, development and retention programs
- Comply with labor laws and maintain employment relationships
- Calculate compensation benefits and record keeping, maintain HR filing system
- Assist in improving the daily operations of the human resources department
- Assist in ad hoc task

Requirement:
- Form 5 or above
- 2 to 3 years of HR experience
- Must have a track record in the cleaning industry
- Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure
- Good English and Mandarin
- Familiar with computer operations, such as Internet knowledge and Chinese word processing, Microsoft Office software
