Operations Manager
(Post day: 2019/10/1)
Responsibility:
- Plan, establish and manage daily and regular operations plans
- Manage and training frontline and mobile cleaners, staffing and effectively allocating resources
- Conduct regular inspections, monitoring and reporting, including instrument materials, ISO and occupational safety and health systems
- Maintain good relationships with customers and improve customer service levels
- Follow up to process customer inquiries, requests and complaints
- Participate in quotation and tenders, such as on-site visits, budgeting and tender interviews
- Attend regular customer meetings and reporting
Requirements:
- 5 years or more experience
- Experience in cleaning services and management and implementation with track records are preferred
- Ability to handle tenders and review operational manuals
- Familiar with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 monitoring systems
- Good communication skills and positive working attitude
- Good English and Mandarin
- Priority is given to whom with valid driver's license and related cleaning certifications/trainers

Safety Officer
(Post day: 2019/10/1)
Responsibility:
- Develop safety plans and guidelines for projects and customer sites
- Develop and implement safety and health policies
- Provide safety training, inspections, accident reports and accident investigations
- Conduct safety assessments regularly with safety auditors
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- Certified safety officer or / and other vocational training institution and first aid certificates
- At least 2 years of working experience, priority in the cleaning industry
- Holding valid driving license No. 1, 2
- Good communication skills and positive learning attitude
- Good English and Mandarin, familiar with computer software operations such as Microsoft Office
